WHEN

Liverpool v Nottingham Forest.. Saturday 22nd April.. 15:00 BST

KEEP THINGS THE SAME

After the game at Leeds we seriously hope this time Klopp sticks with the team set up. Which he should.. We have been screaming out for Trent to go in to midfield for about three seasons now and you can see why. He was unbelievable and ran the show.. It was a no brainer..

Don't get me wrong if Bellingham standard players are available then you've got to make the attempt to sign them. Not to come in to revamp the midfield but to play alongside the best young midfielder in the world. He would fit in beautifully alongside Trent.. As will Bajcetic..

The big question here is why did it take Klopp so long to change things..? If he had have done the season would look so much different..

Another player who could benefit from a positional change is Mo. His goal scoring record is phenomenal.. Yet he plays right wing.. So this record is even more impressive.. The last couple of seasons though his effectiveness from the right has dwindled..

Maybe confidence or a slight loss of pace as he ages. Plus he is man marked and man handled by 2 or 3 players every game. So a move to a more central role could really benefit him.

In this new system of Klopps the forwards all rotate. Like they always did but more so now. It's like 5 defenders and 5 attackers. It's a cool system. Very unique. Mo should set up as the striker and rotate dropping deep to lose markers as well as trying to get in behind..

If you think his goalscoring record is good now you could near on double it every season.. He came central a few times for example against Leeds. He scored two and had one disallowed. There was also a chance Jota or Gakpo pulled across goal you just know he would have sniffed out..

So one more tweak and we are sorted. This new look is really exciting its just a shame we didn't arrive here sooner..

Quick Stat Check.. Forest have lost 5 and drawn 1 of their last 6. Scoring 4 and conceding 12.. The Reds have won 1, Lost 3 & drawn 2 of their last 6. Scoring 9 and letting in 6.. This is the first game at Anfield between the two since 1998 and Forest haven't won here since 1969..

LIVERPOOL TEAM NEWS

No change on these three as Keita, Ramsay & Bajcetic are ruled out for the season. Bobby Firmino has been ruled out with a muscle injury. Hopefully its not too serious and we will see the best in the world before the end of the season.. Other than that the reds are at full strength going into the match

LIKELY LIVERPOOL LINEUP

Ali, Konate, Virg, Robbo, Trent, Fabs, Hendo, Gakpo, Nunez, Jota, Mo

FOREST TEAM NEWS

Lets hope there's enough space for Forests injury list as 10 are ruled out.. Biancone, Wood, Boly, Aurier, Yates, Scarpa, Colbeck, Kouyate, Richards & Henderson will not play although Colbeck is the closest.. Considering Forest bought half of Europe in the summer they should still be able to field a team..

DANGERMAN..Brennan Johnson.. An exciting wide player who likes to run at defenders and get in behind teams.. He's won me a few quid with shots on target this season so you wouldn't rule more out from the youngster.. You feel he is wasted on the wing and could be more of a threat through the middle..

THE GAME

After that demolition of Leeds we will be full of confidence and chomping at the bit to get out on that Anfield turf. Forest will be expecting an onslaught so you'd expect them to sit deep and counter. Just like many other teams set ups at our place.

Their defence and keeper are going to have one busy afternoon as our forwards finally clicked at Elland Road. Forest are struggling and you kind of wonder why they changed so much in the summer. A team that won promotion with a very young and frankly quite exciting team got ripped apart and they lost their soul. They are a far cry from the team that took us to the wire in the FA Cup last season

Yes they beat us at their place earlier in the season but who hasn't on the road this time around. We should have been three up when they scored. It was one of those games and we were awful.. Here we get a chance to put that right just like we did with Leeds the other night..

PREDICTION.. 4-0 To Them Mighty Reds..

Now we never want to get complacent or ahead of ourselves but you could see an early goal here as we try to start where we left off midweek.. This could easily be two or three by half time. If it is Forest will be trying to hang on second half..

You can see many more goalscoring threats now with this set up, more than anytime this season. The return of Diaz just adds to this. Not that he will start and we should expect too much from the Colombian as he recovers from a bad knee injury.. Mo, Nunez, Gakpo & Jota could all be unleashed and all could score..

Forest are a threat from set pieces but their counters can be controlled as they often blow out of steam after 20 or 30 minutes.. We are also a threat from set pieces and could see some rewards here too..

OurLFC DANGERMAN..

Trent.. He was awesome against Arsenal and sprang into life against Leeds.. Give him a free role.. He is the future captain and our team will now be built around him.. Let him do his attacking thing and you'll be wondering where these midfield additions everyone is screaming for are actually going to play..

He will add more and more assists, yet it's his shooting we have really lacked in midfield. Over the whole of Klopp's reign really goals from midfield have been scarce.. You feel this is about to change. You feel there will be an air of excitement echoing around the Anfield crowd once more as we excitedly anticipate the arrival of another Liverpool Legend.

Not that he wasn't before.. Yet the real Trent has arrived and he won't be looking back as he is about to set the footballing world and red half of Merseyside alight..
