This time in the voting it was a little closer for the star man in the derby but he still won by a landslide.. Scoring the first goal and making a goal line clearance at an important stage of the game Andrew Robertson gets the accolade..
It was a typical game for the Scottish international.. Up and down that left flank like a sprinter. Very solid in defence and a real threat going forwards.
He really came into his own though when Diaz came on. They link up so well together and are starting to form a deadly partnership on that left hand side..
The Legend That Is..
Divock Origi came second in the groups vote.. Was it pure sentiment.. Probably but as Jamie Carragher said in commentary. "Where do you want your statue Divock Origi"..
The guy is a legend and it was inevitable he would score wasn't it.. He had a role to play in the first goal too..
A few teams we play will be glad to see the back of him this summer. Everton being one of them. We most certainly won't. We Love You Div..
